What do you like best about Findbar?

Our collaboration with Findbar has significantly enhanced our search experience, thanks to their AI-driven relevance, Greeklish support, and behavior-based product boosts. What problems is Findbar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, only a small percentage of our search users would go on to complete a purchase. Through this collaboration, we were able to improve :

What do you like best about Findbar?

What I like best about Findbar is how fast and versatile the solution is.

It allows our teams to work more efficiently with clean, clear reporting that makes performance analysis straightforward and actionable.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which made implementation and adoption very smooth.

Most importantly, it has had a direct impact on our business results by boosting conversion rates and improving the overall user experience. Our customers at La Redoute(laredoute.gr) can now find what they are looking for quickly and easily, which has significantly improved their shopping journey. What do you dislike about Findbar?

There is very little to dislike overall.

As with any advanced solution, there is a small learning curve when using some of the more powerful features, and additional documentation or in-platform guidance would be helpful at times.

One area that could benefit from improvement is the custom landings section, which would be even stronger with more flexibility and a smoother user experience when creating and managing pages for more complex marketing needs.
